Who is responsible for your data
The controller is Majd El Kadiri, trading as Clymax, Mintplantsoen 35, 1339 CD Almere, the Netherlands, KvK 99559587. Questions: contact@clymax.io.
What data, why, and on what basis
Visiting the site
Our host logs technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and secure the site. Basis: our legitimate interest in providing a secure website.
Analytics
Only if you accept, we load Google Tag Manager, which runs Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are viewed, which buttons are used and where visits come from. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through “Cookie settings”.
Booking a call
When you book a call, the booking service Cal.com collects your name, email and answers to the booking form. Basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract.
Email prospecting
We may email brands to introduce our services. We use business contact details found on the brand’s website or in B2B databases, and we name that source in our first message. Basis: our legitimate interest in reaching businesses. You can object at any time by replying “stop”: we won’t contact you again and keep only your address on a suppression list. Links in our emails carry campaign parameters (UTM) that show which email led to the visit; they never contain your name or email address.
Clients
For clients, we process the data needed for the contract, invoicing and our bookkeeping obligations. Our clients’ subscriber data is processed on their behalf, under the data processing agreement we sign with them.
Who receives data
- Hostinger (website hosting)
- Google (Tag Manager and Analytics, only with your consent)
- Cal.com (bookings)
- Google Workspace (email)
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under recognised safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
- Analytics: 14 months at most.
- Prospecting: deleted no later than 12 months after the last unanswered contact. Suppression list: as long as needed to respect your objection.
- Bookings that go nowhere: 12 months.
- Client bookkeeping records: 7 years, as Dutch law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Email contact@clymax.io: we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Netherlands) or the authority in your country, such as the ICO in the UK or the CNIL in France.
