Who’s behind Clymax
Clymax is an independent email marketing agency based in the Netherlands. We work with skincare and beauty brands selling in France, Belgium, Switzerland and the UK.
French is our native language, so your French emails are written in French from the first line, in the tone and words your customers actually use.

You’re a new agency. Why should we trust you?
Fair question. We don’t have years of case studies yet, so we lower your risk instead: a fixed scope and price, a written plan before you commit, your approval on every email, and everything we build stays in your account.
Do we need to be on Klaviyo?
We build in Klaviyo. If you use another platform, tell us on the call and we’ll say honestly whether switching is worth it.
Do you write in French and English?
Yes. Both are written natively, never run through a translator.
Is there a long-term contract?
The agreement has a 3-month minimum. After that it continues month to month, and either side can stop with 7 days’ notice.
How fast will we see results?
Flows start working as soon as they’re live and your store has traffic. How much they add depends on your traffic, list and products, so we won’t promise a number before seeing your account.
What do you need from us?
Access to your Klaviyo and Shopify accounts, your brand guidelines and product photos, and about an hour for the kickoff.
